Hi guys,
I have been researching for weeks and it feels like I have information overload!!
Can anybody offer me some advice on the best TomTom for European travel please? It sounds stupid but is the XL Europe 22 better than the One Europe 22 or the One Europe?
Are indeed the TomToms with Europe in the title actually any better than any other TomTom?
I don't need an MP3 player or hands free - that does not interest me, but the Advanced lane guidance and IQ Routes seem interesting.
As long as the maps are up-to date for travelling from my home and across Europe I will probably be satisfied so any pointers will be welcome.
Thanks,
Rob

It is kind of confusing you are right. But just so as you know, there is more to this...
You see, the ones with Europe in the title, they are MEANT to be from the 'budget' TomTom range (technical explanation - placed LOWER than the Go x20 or Go x30 Range above it). They have Europe in the title, to point out that they also cover Europe, unlike the other budget models, like the One v3.
HOWEVER... in the higher placed range, the newer Go Series, the 520 and 530 are UK devices only but the 720/730, and the 920/930, both cover Europe. Indeed, the 9xx models cover USA as well. So this gives you even more to think about.
When pricing them up, I know of a handy site, that will hopefully save you loads of time, and confusion.
