tomtom Bluetooth satnav bundle

Just bought a tomtom Bluetooth satnav bundle. I was wondering if anyone had one already and if so how do you tell if the receiver battery is getting low?
Maybe you can’t and it’s just a case of the thing stopping working.

The Green LED turns yellow then red as it discharges.

I am having trouble with my tomtom bluetooth in that when i just turn off my ipaq2210 without exiting the tomtom softwear first i have to do a soft reset to get it to come back on, does anyone know of a way to cure this?

I used to get that on my Ipaq 5550 and it was fixed by an HP bluetooth driver update.
