Hi

Trying to update my TT1 XL but keep getting the following warning in my TT Home software:

'The internet server had an internal error. It may be a temporary problem. Please try again later.

Is this normal as I have been getting the same warning since yesterday.

Thanks

Thought it was just me!

Been trying to log on to TT Home all afternoon, I get exactly the same message "'The internet server had an internal error. It may be a temporary problem. Please try again later."

I can log in through the webpage but in Tomtom home I can't get any further.

Particularly P'd off because I have just paid them £59.95 for a new V7.20 Western Europe Map. Which as far as I can make out, can now only be downloaded through TT Home!

Any ideas on how to resolve greatly appreciated!

Oddly, gpspassion also went down about the same time. Server fire in Houston was the problem. Perhaps TT and Passion forums hosted from the same servers? Perhaps an association Confused

We apologise for any inconvenience caused. So now have to wait until sometime between the 16th and 23rd. Twisted Evil

I had this very problem yesterday.

Interestingly enough, if you click on the "Back" button (bottom left), it takes you to the screen you expect to see without the server error message and allows you to do whatever you wanted to do.

Same thing happened for me a couple of days ago.
