930 LMG map activation problem

Has anyone managed to sucesfully install 8.05 WCE map on 930
using LMG. The maps downloads fine here, but TomTom refuses
to run the map stating activation code is incorrect.

I had my device code changed by TomTom support lately because
of faulty device replacement by online shop.

But both my device code on my Go and device code entered
on TomTom webpage are the same.

Why the activation problem then ??

Any ideas ?

There should be no problem - a legally obtained map is linked to your device and installs automatically without "activation". So there's still a problem between your device ID and TomTom downloads. You need to phone TomTom to sort it out. From UK, 0845 161 0009, Monday to Friday 0800 to 1830hrs.
