f10 service pack sp2

bought f10 saturday,registered on the net,then found out they have service pack 2 update.so 1 downloaded the software,follow instructions.now when i look into voice window,there are no voices ,blank.and also there are no other languages listed.what went wrong.help.

The Navman SP1 and SP2 remove the voices from the unit - it warns you about this before updating

You just need to select voices, then add them back in from the NavDesk software (you will need the CD that came with the unit to do this)

yes but did not get a navdesk cd.try downloading as i thought it would contain the complete software as well

You need the Connectivity Kit for the F Series as it doesn't come with a PC lead - this includes the NavDesk software disk also

Its £15 for Navman

Seems like Navman Mio have a wind of change around them...!
