Hi All,

Don't know how accurate Play.com is with their release dates but they are advertising the GO 930T / 730T / 530T as being due for release on the 30/05/08, prices are 399.99, 329.99 & 279.99 respectively.

While Amazon is adverting the 930T & 730T at the same prices as Play but being in stock now!! No sign of the 530 though.

Be careful with the Amazon 9/730T's. They were at one point using Pixmaina as their distributer which a few people had problems with.

Here's what I've managed to establish re prices and availability so far....

530T 730T 930T
Handtec - N/a £335.22 £385.93
Comet Online - N/a £289.00 £399.00
Halfords Online - N/a £282.99 £399.00
Easydevices - £287.99 £337.04 £407.03
Dixons.com - £249.99 £279.99 £399.00
Dabs.com - £271.49 £307.00 £372.00
Superetrader - N/a N/a £699.98
TotalPDA - N/a N/a £411.98

Apologies for the poor formating, if any MOD's know how to fix it, please do. Embarassed

Now, the only reason I've collated this list as I was buying a 730T and found this the easiest way to track who was charging what.

Please also note that the prices were including delivery and did not guarantee stock. I found the prices fluctuate from day to day with some sites, so please only refer to them as a rough guide.

Hope this helps.

P.S I eventually bought a 730T from Comet for £289, due to take delivery a week today when their stock of 470 arrives shortly before that so i'm told.

Yeah, I have seen the comments about Pixmania & Amazon. In this case their website clearly says 'Dispatched from and sold by Amazon.co.uk.' so it should mean Pixmania is not involved.

Slow down Silverfox68, Wigfield. I was only saying be careful of Amazon's source, as AT ONE POINT PREVIOUSLY they WERE (note: past tense) using Pixmania as their suppler.

Furthermore Wigfield, I feel your derogatory reply is somewhat uncalled for when all i'm trying to do is share some experences and findings with the aim of helping others. Rolling Eyes

Not having a go at you Graeme2812, just confirming Pixmania was not involved after their previous fiasco with Amazon orders

I have just ordered a 730T online from Halfords - normally £329.99, but with the online discount voucher, there is £70 off. Total £259.99 - free delivery.

I bought mine from John Lewis online, got £10 off discount code and paid total £269.99. In the end I thought if something doesn't work, it is easier to take it to the shop than post it back!

It expired the day before I tried to order one.

It was available on Tuesday 20th,but I didn't commit because I was still trying to find out whether my old 720 remote would work with it.

As soon as my question had been answered I tried to order on Wednesday 21st but the code had expired.

Cheers,

Nigel
