transfer favourites from 1 unit to another??

i have a nuvi 250W and i have just ordered a nuvi 760T
is it possible to copy/transfer my favourites i.e. hotel in germany, relatives house in Poland to the 760T?

Does the 250W have a file called current.gpx? If so, i believe if you copy it to the Garmin\GPX folder in the 760 and restart the unit it'll import the Favourites.
