Tomtom map issue

Hello guys how you doing ?
well again i come with new issue.
i have update my tomtom normal like how i do usually
but today i update it and when i went to Navigate to Speaking Adress i didn't find it
i have only 4 options there to Navigate with postcode , and Street and city City centre and Crossing ot intersection , i have lost the two extra Options of speaking one
Please any help
my Device is 720

Forgive the silly question but where you viewing the screens through TomTom Home via 'Operate my device' because you won't see the 'Naviagte to speaking....' etc in this mode. Once you disconnect from your PC you should see them as normal on your TomTom.
