i submitted a new camera location two months ago. it has now been added to the database, but i heard nothing back from pocketgps following my submission.
it was at crossing of A17 and A607 at Leadenham Lincs. |

Did you get the initial notification?
If so, you'll only hear anything again if you were the first to submit and qualified for a free lifetime sub.
Update: In this case it's on a as a Pending Mobile so it's awaiting further verification. |

what is it you want to know? when you'll get a lifetime subscription i presume?
as stated on the submission page mobile sites are only given lifetime subscriptions once it has been both verified AND further independent sightings have been reported.
yours has yet to be 'seen again' or verified - hence it is in the 'pMobile' file (p = pending)

But I believe MaFt would STILL like it to be re-reported...
Just to flag up the importance of DETAIL in the submissions (and please understand I'm NOT aiming this at you personally, dougttt! - see below)... his topic heading here is "I submitted a camera location", the first post says "i submitted a new camera location" and its only from the next post "it was there again yesterday" that we get any inkling that it is a MOBILE camera site.
(dougttt's actual submission comments were great:
"under bridge on side of A17 capturing traffic heading towards Sleaford, patrol car used with device on car roof ") |
