V7 Europe Edition

Just when I am in a position to purchase a copy of the V7 Europe Edition I find that it is not offered for sale on website. Was removed last Thursday and will never return according to Customer Support.
I had hoped to make my 970T last for a couple more years but it doesn't seem likely as there are no cost effective solutions available.

Is your 970 a New Edition? if it is, and IF you already have Europe on it, then you haven't lost out so far - the 2007/2008 Europe map advertised on the site was the same as already provided with the NE models - however there pretty certainly won't be any further updates.

Otherwise, you have my sympathy - VM have already done this sort of thing a couple of times and presumably will continue winding down their operations without giving any notice.

I am afraid I wanted to upgrade to V7 from V6 but now there is no possibility.
