Is there a problem with the latest speed cam database?

After downloading the latest database [garmin CSV format] & converting using CBROM's converter I get a type mismatch error on the Mobile cameras only, all the other camera files convert ok.
I then downloaded the speed zoned version & copied all the various files into a single csv & this converted ok so the problem looks like it is just with the single file mobile cameras.
Has anyone else had this problem?
