Yes, you can use any of the "old" voice packs (I'm assuming you mean the ones here).

Or you can even make your own from scratch (I know one mod. here uses his grandchild's voice for his camera warnings). All it takes is a mic plugged into your PC and a simple audio editor ("Audacity" is a good free one).

The only thing to realise about the old PGPSW voice packs is that they were produced by various people at various times in the past, and most of them were made when the database had less categories in it than it does now.
That means that you are likely to find there are "missing" voice files for things like 20mph gatsos or the "pMobiles" simply because they didn't exist when the voice files were created.

If you are at all adept with copying and re-naming files or even audio editing on the PC, then you can add a more generic warning for any particular ones that are missing, and sometimes this has already been done for you.
You just need to give the voice files the correct names to match the .ov2 data files for each camera type that's missing a voice.

One of the old ones that I know is complete is "Simon" ('cos I made that one Very Happy )

But it's this incompleteness that prompted PGPSW to create the new "supported" voice packs.
