It doesn't... Its just a free file storage site (aka an "upload" site). Places like that are paid for by advertising, so you are almost bound to get the odd "dating" banner ad.
If that's the worst you ever see on the net, you must have amazing content filters installed!

It does show you a dating site in the middle of the screen but if you put the three letters shown in the box it will download the file. It won't do anything else.
