Default POIs - Keep em or lose em ???

Just downloaded loads of new POIs from the database.
(Home Bargains!!! Top stuff! Laughing

)

A lot of the default POIs are now duplicated or superseeded by the database ones.. although some aren't.

Whats common practise amongst you experts. Keep the default POIs as well or remove them??

(I found out how to remove the defaults via a search - but I assume they can't be edited ?)

What I do:
Leave 'em in but ignore them. Rename the PGPSW ones if necessary so they are easy to distinguish from the TT ones.

Personally, I've found the POI's from via HOME/TT to be inaccurate.

E.g A local petrol station on there DB is marked in the wrong location (it's two streets further off than where it actually used to be) and hasn't been there for the last couple of YEARS. Since demolished.

I usually ignore the TT ones and go for the POI's from this site.

The good thing about the POI's here is they are updated regulary from what I can tell and I've found them to be the most accurate and expansive available for there cost!
