Hi, First of all, don't post your e-mail address, you will get swamped with junk mail. Voice warnings are free, and will only work with the camera database from this site, not the TomTom ones. It costs £19(I Think), to join the members area, and download the camera database for a year. BEFORE you do anything else, do a FULL WINDOWS EXPLORER BACKUP, of your TomTom. Look here at number 1, and the voice files and "How to's" are all there too.

Use the TomTom ov2 database, and voice files to match.
Have a read, and post again with any other questions. _________________ TomTom ONE, V2 New Edition (APP 7.903)

The first question would have to be: Have you subscribed? If you have, the instructions are in number 4 of the FAQ (the page tanda linked to).
You should make the backup using Windows Explorer. Home is known to not back everything up.
Please let us know how far you get and where exactly you are having problems (eg while downloading, copying to device etc). _________________ Gerry

Once you have subscribed you can download the database files in TomTom OV2 format. Download the zip file you want (depends how granular you want the reporting - all cameras, based on type or based on type and speed). Extract the contents of the zip file and using Windows Explorer upload the contents into the map directory on your TomTom (the name of the folder will be based on the type of map you have).
If you want the verbal warnings you upload these in a similar way.
Once on your TT then you have to turn on alerting for the PGPSW SC POI files. |

Yes they will. Just copy them into the map folder on your TT using Windows Explorer, then turn on notification of the POI if you require that. |

With the unit connected to the PC it will show up as an additional drive letter, open this then open the map folder, the bmp and ov2 files need to be copied to the map folder via Windows Explorer - Mike |

You could always run a demo route now to try them out. _________________ TomTom ONE, V2 New Edition (APP 7.903)

Try doing it at home first it is much easier, use AtoB or Advanced planning or Prepare Route as it might be called and set a departure point of postcode FY43NN House 95, destination of PR41AX (if it asks for a number use 33) - choose fastest route and once planned select Details followed by Route Demo, set the speed to around 100% and sit back and watch, you should get a Gatso30 followed by a Mobile 30 within about a minute, if you watch it for 10 minutes it will also check out the Gatso 50 and Mobile 50 cameras - Mike |

Sounds good to me, I forgot about the mobile 40 slightly further down Progress way and I reported it!!!!
Next you might want to consider spoken alerts on the device so it will say "Warning Gatso ahead speed limit is XX miles per hour" - the files to do this are available in various voice packs for free from the site, and are easy to install - Mike |
