I've got a new TT 720 and I've downloaded the speed camera program from tomtom, I want to change the tone that sounds when you get near to a speed camera. It's set at a church bell and it's a bit pants. I can't find anywhere to change it. Help???

Should be easy.
Go to the 'TomTom Plus Services' menu, that's where the TT speed cams are set up.
Tap 'TT Safety Cameras', then 'Change warning preferences'. Select "all" or any one of the sub-sections, choose a warning time period, and then the next page will ask you what sort of warning you want. If you are using one of the "computer" (text to speech) voices, you can have a warning based on the camera type, one of the standard sound effects or your own typed warning. If you are using one of the "real" voices, you only get the sound effects option.

Maybe a bit late for you if you've paid for it already, but are you aware that the camera database from this website is generally considered to be far better than TomTom's own offering?

Cheers for that. I'm such a dumbass. I have a tomtom one and I downloaded the speed camera database from here and it's excellent. I just thought I'd give the tomtom system a go for a while. So far I'm not very impressed, it's missed all the mobile cameras and traffic light cameras on my way to work. Plus with the with the PGPSW set up you can change the distance it warns you per speed camera, so that it warns you at different times depending on the seed you will be travelling at. I do prefer this way and I think I will be downloading the latest database. Thanks for your help.
Do you know why it keeps adding the FM transmitter button to the shortcut menu when I keep deleting it off? It annoys me.

Probably the same reason it keeps REMOVING the FM Transmitter icon!
It seems to happen every time you run Home (or possibly only when you run the Home on-screen emulator), i.e. it's another bug in Home!
