Nice idea but either simply the graphics or make it larger, it's way to small to be of use as is! _________________ Darren Griffin |

I can easily imagine this being illegal in some countries/states - "obstruction of view", etc. That's aside from needing a microscope to see anything useful on it. |

I can't see a screen thats smaller than the screen of a Nokia N95 being of much use for reading safely.
And surely larger screen would equal a larger mirror, and a larger mirror would equal reduced visibility our the windscreen which could never have any positives.
Perhaps a simpler, direction icon (left, ahead, 2nd exit arrows etc) and the distance to go would be clearer and less distracting than a map.

I agree... it looks rather dangerous to me. You need your rear-view mirror - you can't waste space on it with a sat-nav screen! The screen is far too small to be used for sat nav and far too big to be put on the mirror.
It's a ridiculously stupid idea which I'm sure will get banned. In some countries you can't even put a sat nav on your 1.6 metre wide windscreen, so you're definitely not going to be able to put it on an 20cm wide rear-view mirror.
There's no problem with using TomTom style devices if you mount them sensibility. |
