What make of card and speed (class) is it??

If you try the advice above re formatting using an SDHC compliant reader and only load files to the card from the PC whilst the card is in the SDHC card reader you should be OK, I had the same problems with the 8GB card I have. Once the files are in correctly named folders on the card the 720 will read them - Mike
