TT have replaced my entire device, together with various mounts and all worked well up until I went on holiday a couple of weeks ago. I discovered that the battery drained down and no matter what I tried to do it will not recharge. The green power light is on as I speak but the Charging signal is not appearing. It will not work on the car charger either.
I have to admit the rubber grommit has long fallen out.
I had hard reset the device too
Any ideas?

Does sound as if you've had serious problems.
I would check out http://www.satnav-shop.com/ as a first port of call. _________________ Richard

Thanks for your responses and, yup, I now await TomTom's origami package to send it back to Scotland again. It's a shame because this particular 910 works well, picks up the satellite quickly and seems very accurate. I can't believe they will have replaced FIVE devices now. Is their QA/reliability really so poor?
I am now back working with the Dell Axim X50 PDA, map version 5.21, but with our trusty camera database loaded . . .
