uploading the ov2 file to submit new cameras after using poi

I am trying to upload new camera sites after using the poi capture program.

All the info I can find in my limited time on site is to browse to an ov2 file????

There are quite a lot, which one am i supposed to upload?

It's called "PocketGPScameras.ov2" and it lives in your map folder.

Couldn't find it at first for some reason! Would help if this was mentioned on the web site though, just for us "thicko's".
