Hi All,

How about the increasing (well, looks to be increasing) bunch of morons who appear not to have noticed that one of their headlights isn't working Smile

Or the even more annoying subset, who think that the way to make up for it is to put the other on to main beam.

Probably not an issue popping down to the shops, but we're talking on the motorway.

Correction, these aren't morons - they're environmentalists saving electricity Rolling Eyes

If I were an entrepreneur, I'd setup shop selling headlight bulbs because there's obviously a market for them Very Happy

What about drivers who abuse the 'baby on board' or 'child on board' sign thingies and totally, utterly and complete negate their true purpose.

What IS the true purpose of them. Am I supposed to do something different like follow closer than I would normally have done so that I can see their baby? Very Happy Or just think SO WHAT!!!, it's you who should be driving carefully, as I already am:wink:

Bo Peep
Thanks for that pointer so quickly pointed out. I suppose this is a bit like having the number of crew on the sharp end of a powerboat, so that when it capsizes the rescue crew know how many people were on board. So back to GPS Fan's comments above, If they havn't got a baby on board, why do they have the sign in the back window? Question
Bear in mind that my comments are a little tounge in cheek anyway Wink

This would be best set up in Egypt, where a taxi driver explained to my brother one evening after several... ...many cars/lorries passed them without ANY lights on, "Oh! we only use our lights when we have too, Light Bulbs are quite expensive here!" Shocked

...or six bycicles on the back of the car with no visable number plate, lights, rear veiw, side veiw, break lights, or sense!
Need a sign "Robinsons on board" for emergency services.

It's true! They drive on the wrong side of the road at high speed in the middle of the night with no lights. When they see someone coming, they flash their lights like crazy at each other and then get back onto the right side of the road again.

Completely mental.

People who sit in traffic queues with their foot on the brake, rather than apply the handbrake, so that their high level brake lights can dazzle me.

We have a railway crossing near me with 4 trains per hour, and I have been known to get out and have a quiet word with people after 5 minutes of being dazzled. Those that will wind their window down, that is... Twisted Evil

that's assuming these cars have an MOT and tax, and their drivers have a licence and insurance

Despite claims from the DVLA that you "can't escape" their super dooper computer, there still seem to be an awful lot of untaxed cars and uninsured drivers on our roads

Also, an MOT only means that a car is deemed roadworthy at that moment in time - it does not automatically say that your car will be roadworthy for the next 12 months.

Those stupid suicidal motorcyclists who 'overtake' between two lanes of fast-flowing traffic on the motorway

OK, filtering is an accepted practice when the traffic flows, but doing it at full speed on a motorway is just plain CRAZY

People who don't indicate to go around a roundabout, and people that don't bother to cancel the indicator when they are taking an exit making it look like they are going all the way round.
