I have a TT1 v1
Home V2.1
Every time I connect to Home recently I get this error message.
"SAM server returned an unexpected error!
What's it all about? Is it me? Or them?
I have done a search for the whole phrase but couldn't find it.................. |

It is a specific error message with a more general meaning.....
The TomTom servers are bu**ered again!
Home seems to do quite a lot of talking back to base, (eg how else did the "this map is not compatible with your device" warning suddenly appear on Home) so I guess any problems at there end will give error messages.
I, and several other people where getting odd "you are not connected to the internet" or "unknown error" messages yesterday while trying to do Mapshare updates. |

Try doing a search with just SAM in it as there is a few listed and i answered a few of them as TT told me it is because there servers are taking a hammering. I got it alot at Christmas probably because of TT as presents and now with the 715 maps it is the same story.
