help needed please

we have a gps350 portable navigation device which is loaded with tom tom. we have been told buy the dispatcher that we can download route66 speed camera alerts but i cant seem to do it . when i connect the sat nav it doesnt show mobile device and the sd card says it cant be written on !! although i did manage to put euro cameras on. i deleted these in preferance for the uk cameras but cant seem to manage it now please help im going stir crazy any info you could supply would be a help thankyou in advance

If you are running TomTom software on the device you need POI files in the ov2 format, putting POI files intended fo Route 66 will not work - Mike
