Slightly weird...
If I connect my Go720 to Home and choose the Internal memory (no maps on there) and select "Update my Device", it works and this morning gave me a new GPS QuickFix.
But if I connect the same Go720 and choose the SD card (which has my map on) and select "Update my Device", it sits trying to access and eventually either reoprts "internal Server Error" or "No internet connection - You are not connected to the internet or are having problems accessing it."
Obviously I'm not, as I'm posting here! |

I have the same Andy, Started yesterday, still the same today.
When trying to update it just continues until after a few minutes it returns with the messages you stated.
I reloaded TomTom home just in case it had gotten a bug in it but to no avail the results are the same. |

Glad I'm not alone!
I was wondering if they are trying to sort out the "you can't use this map on this device" problem, as it's letting me download content for a drive with no map. |
