Multiple TT devices and TT Home

If you have more than one TomTom device (not the same model device) can you manage both from the same installation of TomTom Home 2.4 or will that confuse it and cause errors?

At the moment I have TomTom6 for the PDA on one account, my wife has a Go530T and I am getting a Go940. I have two TTHome installations on my PC as I have an older version for the PDA and 2.4 for the Go530 and these both work together. But when I get and add the 940, will TTHome 2.4 mix it up with the 530?

TTHome and the TT6PDA is no longer important as there will be no future updates expected here.

I have different MyTomTom accounts for the PDA and my wifes 530T and will probably set up a third for the 940.

What is the best way around this?

It is not just the accounts, I had to use different folders between the PDA and Go530 otherwise I had numerous error messages informing me that the voices and other bits were incompatible.

I installed TTHome 1.5 for the PDA and 2.4 for the Go and set different directories for the folders.

I would not be able to have separate download folders for different models of the Go as these would both be using Home 2.4

That issue occurs because you have two versions of HOME. Multiple devices can share the same version of HOME without any issues so long as they all have their own log-in!
