congestion charge on latest maps for nokia 6110?

I cannot find the answer anywhere, but being in london, i want to avoid the congestion charge. Does route 66 have the congestion charge on the nokia 6110?

The most recent maps available seem to be Q2 2007 (How old?!?), if route 66 features the congestion charge, does this map feature the new extended congestion charge?

You would think the answer would be somewhere on the internet, but i can't find it!
