i get 'not responding' when i try to use the poi on my garmi

i get 'not responding' when i try to use the poi on my garmin, it finds the unit, i tell it where the file is, (C:\unzipped\pgpsw-speed-cams-xxxxx[1])
then it just freezes ? Any ideas, i need help soon as i'm off on a long journey tom !!!!!! Help

Hi, I don't know anything about your sat nav, but usually you have to unzip a zipped file before you can use it.
