POI downloading etc

I have a Garmin 660 nuvi and I don't know how to download POI's. I am in my 70's, so not a whiz kid and would therefore would appreciate some help.

Although it is for Cameras, the instruction is the same as they are all POIs.

I'll move this to a more suitable Forum where, if you have any more questions, they will be picked up by those who know more about Garmins than I do.

My problem too!
When I purchased my Garmin 660 I didn't notice (and it wasn't pointed out to me) that I need Windows 2000 or XP to operate. I'm currently on Windows 98.
Question.....where do I go from here?
