Happy New Year everyone!
I have a Tom Tom One 1st edition with version App 7.162 and Western Europe_1GB v 710.1561 maps
I have noticed a greyed out small square with what looks like a map view with a yellow tick across it on the left of my map screen. When the square is touched a black text block appears across the top right of the map screen with the words "! location has been marked" followed by the location you are at ? Thing is, I can't find anywhere where the info is stored so what is the point of it! If it's to give a reference point for the location so that you can return at a later date,- I thought the GPS fix did that!
Regards

It's part of MapShare.
The idea is that you mark a location, that later on you will want to recall, when you want to make a correction within MapShare.
I never use it.
It can be turned off in Correction Preferences. The last Page has Hide report button. _________________ Richard

Cheers Old Boy But where do you recall the info from! I have looked in favourites and it's not there?
