How do you activate a X-960 New Edition?

I cannot activate my X-960... anyone know how to do it? (DVD-ROM)

Mines the one where it does not activate via program. It makes you go online and activate the DVD using a Product Identifier to get a Activation Code.

It's possibly firewall or antivirus that's causing the problems. For the installation, turn off firewall, anti virus software and any programs such as spysweeper. That should at least allow the communication it needs to install.

You also need to set up an account with viamichelin. The installation program should open a browser window so that you can set up an account - if not go to www.viamichelin.com and register. Sign on to the account when prompted by the installation.

You might need to let the computer reboot after activesync has installed. The VM installation should proceed OK after that. But if it's rebooted make sure firewall and antivirus etc are off.

Once you've got it installed, you can turn back on the antivirus and spyware program. With the firewall you need to tell it that the VM software is allowed through.

i got the same problem.. when trying to activate through their homepage the field where im supposed to put the activation code doesnt appear so i cant go through with my installation of the software
