SAM error

Hope everyone is having a wonderful Christmas.

Just wondered if anyone knows what a SAM error means when you try to update your Go in TT Home. For some reason i cannot update my Go and cant even login via Home, just gettin this error.

'SAM servor returned an unexpected error'

No rush for this to be replied. It is probably nown as it is christmas. I was just wandering what it was. Just thought i would do it now before we get all the people registering that got a new TT for christmas.
