I am currently trialling tt traffic, and earlier this week, there were problems on the A12, all that was reported was "congestion" but no indication of wether this was traffic moving at 30 mph, or 30 minute delays, I thought it gave an indication as to the severity ? without it how can you judge wether to avoid or not ?

If you are using RDS-TMC for traffic then this is a known problem with the device not reporting delay durations any like accurately. If you were using GPRS TMC then it will display the delay information when known.
Try looking at the traffic map and zoom out to view a slightly larger area, can you see any coloured lines (yellow, Red or orange) as these will have delay information associated with them, when you find one zoom in to be able to select it and view the additional information - Mike
