I have just moved TTN6 (v6.01) to my new Xda Stellar and have registered the device with TT, but I can't seem to move the TT Safety Camera database to the new device either manually or via TT Home. Using TT Home I get the message ""This item cannot be installed on the TomTom device currently connected. it can only be installed on the device with this device code:", and then gives the device code of my previous PDA.
Is there a way of reassigning the TT Safety Camera DB to my new device? |

Not that I am aware, the TT Database is locked to a single device. You'd need a new subscription to use it on another device.
Now if you'd bought ours ...

I would love to but unfortunately I do 99% of my driving in Continental Europe and I am sure that you will be the first to admit that the European coverage of your database is still in its infancy.
Thanks SpikeyMikey but reseting the account didn't make a difference. |

Fully understand but as a European driver you'd be very well placed to get a lifetime sub if you report some of them cameras? Our European coverage is also very much better than it used to be and improving daily.
