Submitting bit map

I've successfully uploaded a new category of POI's and the location of them to the team which have been approved, however I can't find any information about attaching a bit map image to accompany each location so that when members download the files the appropiate image accompanies them. Am I being a bit dense or have I missed something in the faq files.

We don't have that option as an automated process. However, if you email poisATpocketgpsworld.com with the file and a note explaining which submission it pertains to we will add it (if its good enough ).
