Mike can you check and report back what software version is loaded to the device? - tap the sat strength meter and the version will be displayed on the right hand side of the screen - Mike

A couple of ideas:
1/ make sure the connector is fully home for the RDS-TMC - it is very stiff and can take some force to seat correctly.
2/ Reset the 910 by using a paperclip/ pin in the reset hole adjacent to the connector strip under the 910. - Mike

If you know someone with an x10 or x20 device try plugging your RDS device into that and see if it works, assuming it does return the 910 as faulty - I would also return the mount as well but state that when you contact TomTom as that could also be the failure point - Mike

Thanks mike,

I sent all the parts back supposedly for testing together but obviously I still have issues, I'll call them tomorrow and keep you posted.

Thanks for your support.

Thanks

Mike
