After upgrading my TT720 for the 1st time I've found that there are a few issues manly with the poi warning tones which are alot quiet than they use to be.
Does any know if I can undo this upgrade.
Unforturatly I didn't back up the standard fractory setting
If anyone could help it would be much appricated
Rgds

I think this is a common fault in these and there is no way to fix it at the moment but dont quote me on that. You would be better to post it in the Go/Rider/One forum though for a clearer answer. One of the PGPS team will do that later on so hang tight. _________________ NEW Tomtom GO 500 (hope it is good)

I've answered about the original "Polite" sounds in your other topic HERE
Presumably this question is about restoring the old software rather than the old sounds?
If you had a backup from before you updated the software, you could just restore that (and as you haven't, then PLEASE do one now before you do ANYTHING else!)
Otherwise there are a couple of earlier v7 versions on Oldboys site, HERE. Can't remember if there is a x20 one though. |

Thanks for all your advice guys, I find it infuriating when something is working purfectly well only for a download to mess everything up without the option to revert to the original settings.
After owning a Navman for 4 years without any problems I feel Tomtom's product are good in principle but don't live up to their claims. such a dissopointment
Once again thanks guys
At least this site can find a soloution!
