Whats the best Sat Nav / Software for Small Roads Europe

My job is taking me more and more.. to places across Europe such as Greece, Italy, Turkey etc where I need to navigate on some pretty remote roads in the middle of nowhere... What would be the best sat nav system and software to buy. I like the idea of being able to input 'points of interest' for places I may revisit also. Any advice would be greatly appreciated !

Eastern Europe is a void for many sat navs. As far as I know iGo have probably the best coverage of Eastern europe. have a look at the MioMap products. However whether it copes with 'the small roads' would be another matter.
