I have an icn520 ST V3. I follow the download instructions to the letter for Navman. I can see the files if I explore the device using Ative Sync but if I go to Safety Alerts or My Data on the device they are empty and the pois do not show on the maps. I have tried a restore too.

Help! How do I activate theses pois.

Have you obtained a full manual for this device? if so, have a look on page 70 or thereabouts. You can still download a pdf copy of the manual if you have not already done so. Wink

I would suggest to try loading the file again, making doubly certain that the "Active" box is checked.
