TomTom v6.0 & Dell Axim x51 Problems (CF_GPS)

Iv just bought a new PDA (X51) and iv got tomtom6 on there with the GB & WE Maps (650). Problem is when i start it up and track the satallites. It's fine for about 30 seconds, it will track me as i drive along, but then all of a sudden it will stop, the graphics on the screen will stop.

If i then enter the tomtom menu, and exit out back onto the navigation screen, it will start moving again, then in 30 seconds the same will happen again.

I havnt had a chance to re-install tomtom again but ill do this later, i was just making sure that this is not a common problem.

Hmm just found some details on problems with CF, seems that you need to upgrade to the latest firmware (A12) to be able to use it properly.

Also seen an Activesync fix which helps with CF devices on the X51.

Will give this a go tonight i think.
