PDAMODS RETURN PROBLEM

Bought a GPS receiver and TT set up from PDAMODA. All delevered fine and set up well. The aluminium case I was disapointed with and wished to return it. I asked for a return RMA on three occasions but no one can be bothered to send one.

I have just sent it off anyway.

Don't forget under UK law, The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have a right to cancel the order within 7 days of receiving the goods, and receive a full refund.

PDAMODA came up trumps with a full refund in less that a week. I would reccomend this company to anyone. The shipped the goods witin a few days and gave a ful refund on a case which was unsultable. Thanks
