I tred to find a Netherlands postcode on my 910 but they do not show up in the menu. It immediately goes to the UK postcodes.

They still show up on TomTom Home so they are still there.

The only changes I've made during the past days are the installation of a few UK POIs and updated some speedcams.

Any ideas anyone ?

It's a feature (or bug!!) in the software. TT thought that you would only need to see the UK postcodes in the UK and NL ones in the Netherlands.

There was a work around once, don't know if it still works, but it involved confusing the TT into thinking you were in some other country (not UK or NL) and then it let you see both sets of codes. I think you had to run an A to B route in France or similar. Then look at the postcodes asap before the TT got a satellite lock. I used to wrap my GO in tinfoil to screen the signal.

The non-tin foil way is to use HOME. Shocked

In there you can reset your current location to anywhere on the current Map.

Previously when clicking on 'Postcodes' I got another menu where I could choose from UK and NL. This is not appearing anymore.

I treid to plan a route in the NL and after the 910 calculated the route the NL postcodes showed up but the UK ones did not. So it's the other way round.

Oldboy mentioned that you could reset your position in HOME. How do you do that ?

You have to be using the Virtual 910 on the PC.

Just underneath it says "set current location".

When you disconnect from the PC it will lose that location.

Oh a PC. Never used windoze in my life. I'm a Mac man, and I can't see this 'set location option' anywhere on the Mac version of HOME. But many thanks just the same for your help.

The disappearing postcode menu seemed to appear again as soon as I got a satellite lock outside my home. Seems that's what was needed.

On a different topic. I am from Malta and the only time I use my 910 is when I'm abroad on work or on holiday. Although the 910 works at home it doesn't have any map for Malta. Not that I need it with Malta being so small, but it's good to know it's available for when it's needed. Has anyone heard of a Malta map being available somewhere ? I know that it's available for Garmins but I haven't found it on the Garmin site either.

Are Garmin maps compatible with my 910 ?

But when you reconnect to Home it will remember that location as the last used and go back to it.
