Hi
I bought a couple of 910's a few days ago and just set about trying to update them. I installed the Tomtom home software (the latest version) and updated a couple of apps that it said where available. Next step was to use the free Latest Map Guarantee option but this is where I hit problems. Tomtom home insists that I am upto date yet my map version is v6.60 . Any ides on how I can get around this problem ?
Thanks

I emailed tomtom support and they say that my 910's are not included in the free upgrade . I must say I think this is very poor seeing that these satnavs are no way the cheapest offered by tomtom and I would have thought that it would have been good customer service to offer one free map upgrade before you expect the customer to pay. My 910's have v6.60 so that I guess is a bit out of date ?
