Just wanted to know how do you go about updating camera info

just as an example in Southampton, heading out the city towards Totton ( just over the bridge ) there is a camera where the road forks off to Totton and straight on to the forest..

it's a 50MPH limit there and there is now road works bringing down the speed limit to 30mph...

Although some di** drove past me at about 50 and straight though it it didn't go off! but never the less the road works are there till feb march 08

If you go to the PGPS Speed Camera Database forum then into the
Camera updates-help required topic (1st Topic) you should get help
about updating to the latest cameras.

You can notify the site of the speed reduction and the data will be altered for the next download, obviously for something like this we would expect another notification when the restriction is lifted then the camera can be correctly categorised for speed.
Use the downloads page, scroll down and locate the map, zoom in to the location identify the camera and use the page to notify the changes - Mike

Go to the camera download page, and scroll down a little further. Use a combination of the Google map to find an existing camera on the database, and the section just above the map ("Expand for single camera input") to enter details of new or updated cameras.
