Does anyone have POI's showing the location of all the castles in the UK?

Try the English Heritage POI from this site (Heritage Sites) as a good point to start from.

You will need to navigate to the download POI page where you select the file to work with your satnav.
Then select United Kingdom/Sightseeings and Tourism/Castle
or United Kingdom/Sightseeings and Tourism/All English and Welsh Castles
