Hi

Just updated my ONE v2 to 7.131 and now it wont boot. I get a quick progress bar along the bottom - guess its copying the new version across - then I get my boot picture. After a few seconds I hear the small speaker click and the boot picture goes a little brighter as normal, but then that's it. The boot picture stays. Ive done a 30 second reset and removed the card but to no avail. Anybody any ideas before I revert to backup?

Cheers

Hi Alan,

It's possible that your download is corrupted in some way. Best thing to do is to reinstall your last backup and repeat the process.

PLEASE say you backed up before the update!! DID YA, Hmmm???
(FINGERS CROSSED!)

Also, check the space available on your SD card.

I have had exactly the same problem, I have tried the update 3 times each time restoring my old backup to get going again.

Just managed to actually speak to TT. After clearing down my card and reinstalling the update, which did not solve the problem, they admitted that there is a problem with this update, and I should wait for the fix which is due out 'very soon'. A whole morning wasted!

So 7.020 was faulty (but they never admitted it openly or took it down) and now v7.131 is faulty too.

They go form bad to worse! Evil or Very Mad

hi guys,
I am having similar issues. since the last update my ONE v2 isnt operating at all. It boots up but then does weird things, either:
- locates some random location
- gets stuck on one of the menu screens (the one that has the roadblock option
- loops in 'waiting for signal'

Unfortunately I did not make a back up before using it. Is there a way to uninstall the latest update?

Thanks
