Cannot actvate legit UK map

TT910 just come back from repair
Asked if they could restore hard drive to "Day one" while they have it.
They did and now UK map I purchased online now requires an activation code (it worked OK before)
Input all info to www.ttcode.com. returned activation code to input to TT910...its rejected.
From TT FAQ I install and run "clear_flash.exe" Same thing happens.
Any thoughts toward solution please?

Why do you need a separate UK Map? The 910 already has Western and Central Europe, including the UK. Confused

If the Device has a new Device Number there could be a problem. There is a time delay between activations when using differing Device Numbers.

You might need to phone TT to get them to sort it.
