TomTom vs. CoPilot

Has anyone compared the CoPilot 4.5 to the latest TomTom Navigator? I currently have a CoPilot but just wanted to explore my options.

Whilst I appreciate it's hard to put comparison questions somewhere sensible, starting multiple threads on the same topic just confuses everyone. The best thing to do is probably use the beginners lounge for such comparison threads.
