New SPECS on M5 Southbound between Junction 28 and 29

Look out new SPECS positioned on M5 Southbound starting just after Junc 28 (Crediton) and ending about 4 km later. 50 mph limit for duration of roadworks (approx 10 weeks). They cover both lanes and mounted on yellow frame just before road bridge at start and end

I have reported these on the submission form but wanted users to know about them asap.

, I've just reported these too, shame I didn't see your post first, .
I noticed the cones on the hard shoulder but wasn't sure if the specs had been left up after roadworks had finished or they were just about to start

I reported these on 19th September as they were being installed but still no free membership. Perhaps someone else reported them even earlier.
