210 upgrade to PE - help please

A bit of help please !!
I bought the PE upgrade for my 210T off the website a few weeks ago and it has now arrived with instructions in Spanish for some reason.
I dont speak the lingo, and Medion have resolutely refused to supply instructions in English (gives you a clue who I won't be buying from next??).
Can someone please give me a clue how to load PE onto my 210T which currently runs ME, thanks.

Edit - and my copy of Gopal Assist is also in Spanish !!
