This may well have been asked and answered before, but I couldn't find it.
I use Google Earth & Tyre to create great gallivanting itineraries for having a topless drive with our friends. It works really well, but the problem is that, if we want to come back the same way that we came, it is a labourious process to reverse all the way points with the TomTom, one at a time.
I know, I could use Tyre to create a return itinerary at the same time as I create the original route, but I'm an old boy and my memory makes a sieve look waterproof sometimes.
When I do forget to create the return route, have to manually reverse the order of each way point on the TomTom with multiple presses of the move function, which takes forever especially when there are thirty or more points, and it is so very easy to make a mistake. Then I find we can often go in a loop on the way back so that Kate can still cover all the points.
What would be nice, is if there was a single function in the TomTom to just reverse the way points in an itinerary. If there is, please tell me how to do it. _________________ Cheers, John

You could have a look at the plug in from This site it does exactly what you want, however be aware if any of your itenerary points are located on motorways/ duel carriageways the routing the device offers will be strange - Mike

Thank you Mike, just the job. It certainly beats the manual process.
The only thing with this ReverseItn app is that the text is tiny on the screen of my 720. I guess there's a processing problem with the later TomToms as you have to install a quick fix to stop the garbaged screen. I'll have to keep an eye open for version 1.5 - perhaps they will have fixed the visual problems by then. _________________ Cheers, John
